Mini-Road Trip to the Salton Sea

Its certainly been a personal belief to let the road take you undiscovered places without the use of maps.  So on my way to the Salton Sea last week I ended on a "NO TRESSPASSING" property area by accident and well...didn't get caught but it wasn't like I was spying.  A few more pics will added but this is some of my favorites.

99cent Store Reaches Out to Calexico Residents

So after the aftermath of the 7.2 earthquake in Baja California,  Calexico's downtown business  99cent store reached out by handing out a free gallon of water to every customer.  It's great to see how the local community quickly acts to help others and hopefully the IV PRESS will be moved to post this sort of charity in the near future.
